- Vacant seats after CAP Round:
Aspiring candidates fulfilling any of the eligibility criteria shall apply directly to the
Principal of the college after the vacancy position displayed on college notice board
an advertisement to the effect is notified in the leading newspapers.
Details schedule of the admission process shall be displayed on college notice board.
The admission taken under this rule is independent of the admission taken through centralized
allotment process conducted by competent authority.
Therefore, the refund for cancellation of admission of such vacant CAP seats would
be as per the refund rules of the institute.
- Management Seats:
Aspiring candidates under this quota fulfilling the eligibility criteria shall apply directly to the Principal
of the college after publication of advertisement in newspapers.
These admission would be made strictly as per the merit of the candidates in management quota
who have applied to the institute and are eligible as per rule mentioned in the brochure.
Detailed schedule of the admission process shall be displayed on college notice board.
NB: 1. Round of admission for management seats and for the seats remaining vacant after CAP shall be carried
out separately.
2. The candidates are advised to see the college notice boards for schedule of admission, vacancy position,
merit list and last date of admission etc.
from time to time. No personal correspondence shall be entertained.
- As per the order of merit and availability of vacant seats, the candidates shall be offered admission to F.Y.B. Pharm.
against in vacant seats after CAP round & management quota separately.
- The candidates who has been offered a seat shall confirm the admission by paying full tuition & other fees immediately.
- The confirmation of admission is subject to approval by DTE and final eligibility from University of Pune.
- Mode of Payment of Fees:
The tuition & other fees be pain in the form of D.D./Pay order. The D.D. or pay order should be made in favor of
Sanjivani College Of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Kopargaon.
- The Candidate shall be required to pay eligibility and other University fees as prescribed by separately.
Caution Money Deposit(CMD):
Caution Money Deposit received from the students shall be refunded after successful completion of the course
or after canceling the admission. Unless the is any recovery, no deduction shall be made from CMD. However,
amount of CMD shall be transferred to students Aid fund, if candidate doesn't apply for refund within one
account year after the student actually leaves the institution or successful completion of
the course, whichever is earlier.
