Discipline

1) Students are expected to maintain strict discipline and behave in dignified manner within and outside the classrooms, workshop, library and laboratories, hostel and observe the rules prescribed from time to time carefully. They are also expected to show decency in dress and politeness in person. Anyone reported or observed for objectionable conduct within or outside the institute would make himself liable for disciplinary action. Student should not indulge themselves in any anti-national, anti-social activities contrary to the provisions of Act of Land.
2) REGGING OF STUDENTS IN ANY FROM WITHIN OR OUTSIDE THE INSTITUTION AND HOSTEL. SHALL RESULT IN INSTANT EXPULSION FROM THE INSTITUTION. UNDER THE MAHARASHTRA PROHIBITION OF RAGGINGACT 1999.
3) Playing musical instruments and playing on the college ground during working hours of Institute is prohibited.
4) Hostel rules will be binding on hostilities.
5) Damage to the property of the Institute like tampering with fixtures, equipment, instruments, furniture, books, periodicals, walls, windows, panels, vehicles etc. shall be viewed very seriously and might result in instant expulsion of the guilty student/students.
6) The Student is liable for fine if he / she remains himself/herself absent without permission of their tutor.
7) Students are expected to read the notice regularly put up on the notice board, failure of which may result into missing the opportunity.
8) Bicycles, scooters etc. shall be parked only in the area provided for the purpose. The college accepts no responsibility for their safety.
9) The principal reserves the right to take disciplinary action if the student fails to pay the tuition or hostel dues in time and violation of any aboverules.

Rules For Admission To F.Y.B. Pharm
The B.Pharm Curriculum consists of Four Years(Full Time)course approved by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE)/Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) of Maharashtra.
GENERAL
The rules & information given herein are at applicable for admission to first year of the four year Degree Course in Pharmacy (F.Y.B.Pharm)in Sanjivani Rural Education Society's Sanjivani College Of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Kopargaon.
1. Sanction Intake - 60 studetns.
2. Management Quota. (% of management quota as per the direction of DTE from time to time).
3. Seats remaining vacant after CAP allotment round.

DEFINITION
State Government means of Government of Maharastra.
Director means the Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra state, Mumbai.
College means Sanjivani Collage Of Pharmaceutical Educations & Research, Kopergaon.
Sanctions intake means the number of seats sanctioned for the B.Pharm course by Govt.Of Maharashtra with reference to AIC'?s approval Inter-se merit means the order of merit as defined by the merit list. Condidate means an applicant who desires to seek admission to first year of four year Degree course in Pharmacy. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO): Person who are citizens of other countries (except Pakistan & Bangladesh) who at any time held Indian Passport, or who or either or his/her parents or any of or Sec2(B) of Citizenship Act, 1995 (Act No.57 of 1955) Foreign Nationals:Citizens of all countries other than India, who are not of Indian origin as defined under PIO. Foreign Student: Foreign Student on this context shall be defined as the student who possesses a foreign passport.
